So Trixie Little and The Evil Hate Monkey were on “Americas Got Talent”. I did see this on TV last week, and I was waiting for a youtube video to post about it. I’m too lazy to capture the recording and post online myself.
Needless to say I was disappointed that all the judges hated them. I mean, come on! They are American, and they have tons of talent. More than most people to go on that stage. They are smart, funny, strong, and the best thing to come out of Baltimore.
Here is what Trixie had to say (I hope I can post this):
Such a long flight to LA for 10 seconds of television! I guess we were too saucy for NBC! They edited out all the fun parts like me spanking Monkey and feeding him his banana…Monkey getting into a fight with Piers because he didn’t believe his real name was “THE Evil Hate Monkey”…and me insisting the Hoff was being modest about how much training it took for him to get his “monkey” to behave! Not to mention all the back stage shots of me brushing Monkey’s mustache and him swinging from the ceiling beams! Boycott that show, people.
One would think with all the visual interest that they provide, they would have been given a little more air time.
